The COF
If you are a member of the Port St Francis Ski Boat & Yacht Club Chris Hattingh (083 310 8120) can do the survey. He will charge R250 and will issue you with a PSF number.
If you are not a member of the club he can still do the inspection but will charge you R400 and will issue you with a SRE number.
This number must be displayed on your craft. The printing of this number can be done by Brett Firth (082 575 4868)
For the printing of the numbers Brett charges R85 for the boat and R65 for the trailer
